Refund and Returns Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to BPES Solutions. Because our products are digital ebooks delivered instantly via internet download, we operate under a strict refund policy in accordance with global consumer laws for digital goods and PayPal’s Seller Protection guidelines.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of downloadable ebooks, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be “returned” or deactivated. Therefore, BPES Solutions does not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.

Please review the product descriptions, sample chapters, and system requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Granted

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same eBook twice in a single transaction or within a 24-hour window, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
  • Corrupted or Broken Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted, missing pages, or unreadable, and our technical support team cannot provide a working replacement file within 3 business days of being notified.
  • Non-Delivery: If your payment went through but our automated WooCommerce system failed to deliver the download link, and our support team cannot manually deliver it to you.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets one of the exception criteria listed above, please contact our support team before opening a dispute with your payment provider:

  • Email: [Your Support Email Address]
  • Subject Line: Refund Request – Order #
  • Required Information: Please include your full name, the email address used at checkout, the date of purchase, and a brief description/screenshot of the technical issue.

Our support team reviews all requests within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (PayPal).

4. PayPal Disputes and Fraudulent Claims

As an authorized merchant utilizing PayPal processing, we track digital delivery logs. Every single successful download from our WooCommerce server is logged with a timestamp and IP address.

In the event of an unauthorized PayPal chargeback or “Item Not Received” claim where our logs show a successful download, we will submit download logs, IP tracking data, and checkout timestamps to PayPal’s resolution center to protect against digital fraud.
