• Fulfillment Failure: The delivery system completely fails to send the download links, and manual order delivery cannot be completed within 3 business days of a verified purchase.

3. PayPal Disputes & Electronic Proof of Delivery

Our system maintains rigorous, automated electronic logs tracking the exact timestamps, delivery confirmations, and IP addresses utilized to access the e-book download portals.

In the event of a PayPal dispute or chargeback filing, these system delivery logs will be submitted to PayPal as formal, verifiable proof of fulfillment. We highly recommend reaching out directly to our customer support desk to resolve technical issues prior to opening an official dispute.

4. How to Submit a Technical Claim

If your order meets the strict criteria outlined in Section 2, you must submit a formal claim within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
